Breath Weapons (including your Dragon Breath Epic Strike) have a 25% chance to paralyze enemies caught within them with fear for 6 seconds with no save. This can only effect each monster once - once they have been feared successfully, successive attempts will fail. Enemies that are immune to fear are immune to this effect. |
