Fires electrical bolts at enemies. At higher charge levels multiple bolts are rapidly fired. Opponents struct by the crystals receive a Reflex save for half damage.

  • Maximum Charge Tier: V: The maximum charge tier of this Rune Arm is Tier V.
  • Lightning Strike Weapons: While wearing this item, your melee and ranged weapons gain Hit Effect: This item stores the power of a volatile thunderstorm deep within. Occasionally,this dynamic power comes to the surface, devastating enemies with a massive lighting strike.
  • Potency +48: Passive: +48 Equipment Bonus to All Types of Spell Power. (Universal Spell Power is a different statistic.)
  • Exceptional Fortification (10%): Passive: +10% bonus to Fortification. (Fortification is a chance to negate additional damage incurred from Critical Hit or Sneak Attack. Some enemies can bypass a portion of your Fortification.)
  • Missing Parts: Toven's Hammer appears to have been damaged during the fight. You think that you might be able to partially repair it if you had a cerebral distillation unit.
  • Rune Arm Imbue: Electrical IV: Wearing this Rune Arm will imbue any weapon you wield, dealing 2d8 electrical damage per hit. This damage scales with 200% Melee or Ranged Power (whichever is higher).
