    Target: Foe, Directional, Breakable
    Fires knives at enemies. At higher charge levels multiple knives are rapidly fired. Opponents struck by the knives receive a Reflex save for half damage.

    Charge Tier 1: 4 to 14 + 1 to 2 per Artificer Level

    Charge Tier 2: 5 to 19 + 1 to 4 per Artificer Level
    Charge Tier 3: 6 to 24 + 1 to 6 per Artificer Level
    Charge Tier 4: 7 to 29 + 1 to 8 per Artificer Level
    Charge Tier 5: 8 to 34 + 1 to 10 per Artificer Level

    Reflex

    • Maximum Charge Tier: V: The maximum charge tier of this Rune Arm is Tier V.
    • Spike Guard: On Being Hit in Melee: 5% chance to do 10d20+500 Piercing Damage to the Attacker.
    • Rune Arm Imbue: Knife Shot VI: Wearing this Rune Arm will imbue any weapon you wield, dealing 2d10 knife shot damage per hit. This damage scales with 200% Melee or Ranged Power (whichever is higher).
    • Impulse +150: Passive: +150 Equipment bonus to Force, Physical, and Untyped Spells Spell Power.
    • Impulse Lore +22%: Passive: Your Force, Physical, and Untyped spells gain a +22% Equipment bonus to their chance to Critical Hit.

    • Upgradeable - Primary Augment: This item can be upgraded to contain a Yellow, Blue or Red (weapons and shields only) augment. Bring this item to the Fountain of Necrotic Might outside the Black Mausoleum and combine it with Epic Tapestry Shreds to upgrade the item.
    • Upgradeable - Secondary Augment: This item can be upgraded to contain a Green, Orange (weapons and shields only) or Purple (weapons and shields only) augment. Description: This Rune Arm belonged to an intrepid House Cannith Artificer who once tried (and failed)to stop the Abbot's plans. No one knows where the knives it conjures come from, or where they go when they disappear, but there always seem to be more.
