There are two aspects to each Ability, their Score and Modifier
Their Score is the usually the larger value, seen on the character sheet. This represents, respectively, your score in that ability. A higher score means a higher ability
The Modifier is a separate value that depicts a lesser number, that scales with the Score. This is what is used for instances such as attack modifiers, [[Skill]] modifiers
The Modifier Starts as a +0 with score of 10. Every 2 steps up or down, the Modifier goes down by 1. Therefore, a score of 20 would give a modifier of +5 to the rolls.
