Thieves' Tools

Thieves' Tools are a required component in order to use the Open Lock and Disable Device skills. They are easily found while questing in Treasure Chests, as Quest End Rewards, and available for sale at many General Vendors around the game. They are also able to be crafted at a Device Workstation with varying amounts of Mechanical Trap Parts.
