CollectablePurchase

This template is used on equipment to correctly format where that equipment is received from buying from a collector using a collectable.

Example Usage
{{CollectablePurchase|Remnant|10000||True}}	Champion Hunter: Purchase for 10,000 Mysterious Remnants. This is only available during Champion Hunter Week.
{{CollectablePurchase|Scarab||Dark}}	Squire Rale: Purchase for Dark Scarab Powder

Parameter Documentation
Which Collector	This is the store that it is bought from Possible Values: Remnant Totem Talisman Villagers Clerics Druids PDK Wizards Scarab - Requires collectable
Cost	This is the number of DDO points the item costs
Collectable	This is the collectable if the collector has multiple
Limited Time	This is set if the item is only in the store for a limited time.
