This template is used on equipment for an change to all skills with a specific ability.

Example Usage
{{AbilitySkills|Charisma|3|Insightful|Persuasion}}	Persuasion: Passive: +3 Insight Bonus to all Charisma based skills (Bluff, Diplomacy, Haggle, Intimidate, Perform and Use Magic Device.).

Usage

{{AbilitySkills|(Ability)|(Enhancement Amount)|(Bonus Type)|(Title)}}

Parameter Documentation
Ability	This is the ability that all the skills modified are based on.
Enhancement Amount	This is the amount that the skill is modified.
Bonus Type	This is the type of bonus - Insight, Enhancement, Quality, etc. If you don't specify a value here it will default to Competence.
Title	This is the title for the enhancement. Leave blank for the default
