Binding: Bound to Character on Acquire Bag Maximum Stack Size: 1,000 Inventory Maximum Stack Size: 500 Enchantments:  Dexterity Skills - Exceptional Bonus +6: Passive: +6 Exceptional Bonus to all Dexterity based skills (Balance, Hide, Move Silently, Open Lock, Tumble). This eldritch rune is an ancient store of power. When combined with a piece of Dragontouched armor in the eldritch device, this rune will enchant the armor with mystical properties. Each piece of armor can be under the effect of a single enchantment of an eldritch rune. If the armor is placed in the eldritch device with another eldritch rune, the new enchantment will dispel the old one.
