You may only gain a stack of Divine Conduit once every: Rank 1: 3 seconds Rank 2: 2 seconds Rank 3: 1 second If you have Implacable Foe, Divine Vessel with trigger upon reaching 20 stacks of Divine Conduit, instead of 25.
