Speed

This template is used on equipment for the Speed enchantment. Speed adds movement speed and in some cases adds alacrity to weapons.

Example Usage
{{Speed|8}}	Speed +8%: +8% Enhancement bonus to Movement speed and +4% bonus to Attack speed.
{{Speed|III}}	Speed III: Passive: +15% Enhancement Bonus to Movement Speed, +3% Enhancement Bonus to Melee and Ranged Attack Speed.
{{Speed|XV|Ranged}}	Ranged Speed XV: Passive: +30% Enhancement Bonus to Movement Speed, +15% Enhancement Bonus to Ranged Attack Speed.
{{Speed|16||5}}	Speed +16%: +16% Enhancement bonus to Movement speed and +5% bonus to Attack speed.

Usage

{{Speed|(Enhancement Amount)|(Attack Type)|(Attack Speed)}}

Parameter Documentation
Enhancement Amount	This is the amount that speed is increased. It can either be an actual amount found in newer speed items, or the older speed with is a Roman Numeral from I to XX.
Attack Type	This is the attack type this applies to. The default is Melee and Ranged.
Attack Speed	Optional to specify the attack speed increase if it isn't the calculated 1/2 of movement.
