This sovereign rune is a powerful store of ancient power. When combined with a piece of Dragontouched armor in the eldritch device, this rune will enchant the armor with mystical properties. Each piece of armor can be under the effect of a single enchantment of a sovereign rune. If the armor is placed in the eldritch device with another sovereign rune, the new enchantment will dispel the old one.
