Enchantments: Electrical Lash Target: Foe, Directional, Breakable Duration: Instantaneous School: Evocation Fires a slow-moving ball of electricity that lashes nearby opponents. At higher charge tiers additional enemies are lashed. Opponents struck by this receive a Reflex save for half damange. Charge Tier 1: 4 to 10 + 1 to 2 per Artificer Level Charge Tier 2: 5 to 15 + 1 to 4 per Artificer Level Charge Tier 3: 6 to 20 + 1 to 6 per Artificer Level Charge Tier 4: 7 to 25 + 1 to 8 per Artificer Level Charge Tier 5: 8 to 30 + 1 to 10 per Artificer Level Maximum Charge Tier: III: The maximum charge tier of this Rune Arm is Tier III. Smiting Weapons: While wearing this item, your melee and ranged weapons gain Vorpal effect: If an Construct struck by this weapon has fewer than 1500 Hit Points, it is instantly slain. If an Construct has above 1500 Hit Points, it takes 150 damage. Rune Arm Imbue: Electrical II: Wearing this Rune Arm will imbue any weapon you wield, dealing 2d4 electrical damage per hit. This damage scales with 200% Melee or Ranged Power (whichever is higher). Craftable Rune Arm: This Rune Arm is craftable and can be customized using recipes at standard crafting devices after disjuncting.

Description: An unfinished design, Haywire was in the middle of perfecting this rune arm when his foundry exploded. It was meant to keep unruly constructs in line.
