This template is used on equipment for the EfficientMetamagic enchantment. EfficientMetamagic is an enchantment that reduces the cost in SP for metamagic feats.

Metamagic	This is which feat will have its cost reduced Possible Values: Embolden Empower Healing Empower Enlarge Extend Intensify Maximize
Magnitude	This is a roman numeral between I and IV that represents the amount of reduction
Title	This is the title of the enchantment if not the same as the default
Info	This is info shown before the default description.
