Devils are fiends native to the Nine Hells. They gather souls and torture them for magical energy.

Devils are bullies. They are vicious creatures who are capable of attacking and killing people for essentially no reason.

The vast majority of devils live in a strict caste society. Devils continuously try to improve their station in life. The measure by which promotion was granted is the number of mortals swayed to corruption. The swayed mortals' souls are the source of energy on which the devils' society is built on. The Pact Primeval, a contract between Asmodeus and gods, is the legal basis on which the devils' right to corrupt mortals is based on.
