CollectablePurchase

This template is used on equipment to correctly format where that equipment is received from buying from a collector using a collectable.

Example Usage
{{CollectablePurchase|Remnant|10000||True}}	Champion Hunter: Purchase for 10,000 Mysterious Remnants. This is only available during Champion Hunter Week.

Parameter Documentation
Which Collector	This is the store that it is bought from Possible Values: Remnant Remnant Upgrade Totem Talisman Villagers Clerics Druids PDK Wizards Scarab - Requires collectable Threads Underdark Adamantine Ore Ancient Elvin Relics
Cost	This is the number of collectables the item costs
Collector Option	This is a parameter specific to the collector Possible Values: For Remnant Upgrade - Item it was upgrade from For Scarab - Which scarab it is
Limited Time	This is set if the item is only in the store for a limited time.
