Memento: Reaper's Efficiency Ranks: 3 Points (per rank): 1 Activation Cost: 1 Reaper Charge Cooldown: 40 Seconds Benefits: While in Reaper Mode, Gain: Rank 1: -15% Reaper Bonus to Spell Point Cost Rank 2: -30% Reaper Bonus to Spell Point Cost Rank 3: -45% Reaper Bonus to Spell Point Cost Lasts 30 Seconds Description: While in Reaper Mode, activate to expend one Reaper Charge and reduce the Spell Point Cost of spells you cast for 30 seconds. This reduction is considered a Reaper Bonus. All Memento abilities share a single cooldown and a single shared pool of Reaper Charges. Each Memento you have at least one rank in grants an extra Reaper Charge.
