This effect stacks up to 20 times, and loses one stack on expiration. Description: Earth Ki Melee Attack: You strike your opponent and speak the secret words that cause them to draw acid like a sponge. On Hit: Target takes +1[W] damage, 10% more acid damage for 30 seconds, and gains 2 stacks of Vulnerable. Vulnerable: You take 1% more damage for 3 seconds. This effect stacks up to 20 times, and loses one stack on expiration.
