Quick Cutter Ranks: 3 Points (per rank): 1 Cooldown: 6 Seconds Benefits: Epic Strike: Your first melee attack: Rank 1: Applies Quick: +2% Dodge Lasts 9 Seconds Rank 2: +1[W] +1 Critical Thread Applies Quick: +4% Dodge Lasts 9 Seconds Rank 3: +2[W] +3 Critical Thread Applies Quick: +6% Dodge Lasts 9 Seconds Subsequent attacks while Quick is active applies Cutter: +2d6 Bane damage per Character Level every 2 seconds Stacks 3 times Scales with 200% Melee Power Lasts 24 Seconds Description: Epic Strike: Your next melee attack deals extra damage, and extra effects. When you use this attack, you gain the effect Quick. If you use this skill again while Quick is still active you instead apply Cutter to your current target.
