Mantle of Sound and Fury

Benefits: While Fate Singer Destiny Mantle is active all attacks and spells:

  • Have a chance to cause a swirl of musical notes to surround you
    • These cause 1d6 Sonic Damage per Character Level to all nearby foes
    • Scales with the highest of Sonic, 200% Melee, or 200% Ranged Power
    • Damage does not effect fascinated targets
    • You gain 6 Temporary Hit Points per Character Level
    • Can only occur once every 10 seconds

Description:
Fate Singer Destiny Mantle: All your attacks and spells have a chance to cause a swirl of musical notes to surround you causing 1d6 Sonic Damage per Character Level to all nearby foes. Scales with highest of Sonic or 200% of melee or Ranged Power. This damage does not effect fascinated targets. When this occurs you gain 6 Temporary Hit Points per Character level. This can only occur once every 10 seconds.
