Dismagicka Augment

Minimum Level: 30 Binding: Bound to Account on Acquire Rarity: Named Enchantments:  Shattermantle: Reduces opponent's spell resistance by 3 for 9 seconds. Drag this augment into a slot to upgrade an item to provide a Shattermantle effect. When a Shattermantle weapon strikes a foe that has spell resistance, the value of that spell resistance is reduced by 3 for 9 seconds. A foe can only have its SR reduced by one Shattermantle effect at a time. This augment can go only go in a an Orange Augment Slot.
