Points (per rank): 2 (Battle Engineer), 2 (Frenzied Berserker), 2 (Kensei), 2 (Half-Orc), 2 (Dragonborn), 1 (Legendary Dreadnought)
Benefits:

You can use each of your action boosts additional times per rest.
